Matts studied Economics at the University of Buenos Aires, where he graduated with honors. There he also completed a Master in Financial Risk Management. His area of expertise is Economic and Financial Consulting. He works at Labour, Capital & Growth (LCG) and also serves as an Advisor in the National Congress. He is also a Professor of Macroeconomics at UBA and UCEMA.

Nico is a Psychologist graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, but is a specialist in Statistics. He was also a Research Assistant at Yale University (USA). They met Matts during a study exchange in Germany. Professionally he works as Associate Director in Data Science at R/GA (Chile) and previously as Data Scientist at The Other Guys (Gameloft, Argentina).

Albert is a Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Carabobo (Venezuela), where he was also part of the Research and Development team at CIMBUC. Currently, he plays the role of Software Engineer at R/GA (Argentina). Prior to this, Albert and Nico met while working at The Other Guys (Gameloft, Argentina), where he was leading as Software Architect.
